Ingredients
Wet ingredients
- ½ stick of butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup milk
Mash the butter and sugar until creamy, then mix everything until smooth
Dry ingredients
- ¾ cup flour
- Pinch of salt
- ¾ tsp baking powder
Mix together in a bowl
Contains wheat, dairy, and eggs.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir to combine.

Spoon the batter into a mini muffin tin.

Bake at 350°F for 12–14 minutes.
