Refund policy

How approved refunds are returned, by payment method.

Credit card payments

Approved refunds for payments made by credit card will be returned to the original card used for payment, less the original 3% credit card processing fee.

Zelle payments

Approved refunds for payments made through Zelle will be returned through Zelle for the full approved refund amount.

Refund requests are reviewed individually. To request a refund, email hello@abcmonsters.org with your student's name, class day, and registration reference code.

Because ingredients and staffing are planned in advance, individual missed classes are not refunded. If ABC Monsters cancels a class session, that session is refunded in full or rescheduled.
